I have my Master's in Social Work from Abilene Christian University. I am passionate about education, and as a daughter of two teachers, I've been involved in the academic realm my whole life. I love to help people reach their full potential, especially academically. I love history, English literature and writing, geography, psychology, sociology, and social work. I'm also experienced in APA format and enjoy assisting with writing and formatting professional and academic papers. I am a hands-on learner, but I like to work with the students in the way they best learn, and I am flexible about my curriculum approach. Outside of academic pursuits, I enjoy reading, painting, and cooking.

I love to read, I spend a great deal of my time reading and have been known to read several different books at the same time. I also enjoy painting and digital art, and do all kinds of designs for friends and family. Lastly, I love to cook. I think I was a chef in another life, and love to try new foods and cook with new ingredients. I also have 2 cats and a new puppy training to be a therapy dog, and they are the absolute best.
