As an experienced teacher/tutor with a passion for education, I am committed to providing personalized and effective academic support to help students achieve their learning goals. I obtained a degree in History from Liberty University, and have over 10 years of experience working with students of all ages and abilities. I hold a current VA State Teaching License, and am working on a master's degree in human resources. I am confident that I can make a positive impact on your child's academic journey.

My approach to tutoring is student-centered and tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student. Whether a student requires assistance with grasping challenging concepts, improving study skills, preparing for exams, or simply gaining confidence in their abilities, I am dedicated to providing patient, engaging, and effective instruction. I have experience aiding students with 504s/IEPs.

I strive to create a safe space where students are comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and exploring new ideas. My goal is to empower them to become independent, lifelong learners.

My favorite subjects to tutor in are history, literature, reading and writing. I have experience with essay creation, NHD, and document based question (DBQs) analysis papers. I am an avid bookworm, who enjoys science fiction and fantasy.
