I have taught Kindergarten, First grade, Second grade and Preschool for many years in a public school. I love working with younger children. I received my BS degree from Nyack College in NY. I have my Master's Degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Cortland, NY. I have tutored in person and online during the pandemic very successfully. I love to help young children grow in their learning. I love to discover and make connections in nature, books and life. I have a soft heart for struggling learners, but a firm hand guiding the course. Parents tell me that their children find a safe learning environment in my classroom, whether online or in person. I enjoy the challenge of tailoring instruction to the individual child, and consider every student to be a gift and blessing.
