I currently have an Associate in Arts that I completed in Valencia College and am continuing my degree in Communications at the University of South Florida. I am employed as an ELL Paraprofessional aide at a high school, working with students (grade levels 9-12) who struggle with English. I find joy working with each student independently or in small groups assisting them to accomplish and succeed in their studies. I would describe myself as someone who is constantly looking to challenge and improve myself. With that said, I am most passionate about Math, as it is one of my strongest subjects. Since the beginning of high school, I've excelled so well in math that throughout the years I've grown to really love it and want to help those who seem to find struggle within it. Throughout this time, I've also had the experience of assisting students in my high school that have needed to practice to pass Math for graduation through Standardized Tests. I've seen achievements and great strides within these practices and studies. While I know Math can be worrying, I am confident to believe there is so much fun you can do to help yourself through it and thrive in the end!
