I am certified in English Language Arts 6-12 as well Library Media K-12. Since entering Kindergarten, I have loved school! Even into adulthood, I seek out educational opportunities, always desiring to learn something new.
Pinpointed, literature is a passion of mine. Travel is not always an option, but through literature, readers are able to find themselves in different places, cultures, and time periods . . . to get swept away in a world of new experiences, thoughts, and ideas. Reading is a gift!
Equally as important, writing is a vital skill in our 21st century digital age. Our society needs clear, thoughtful, and factual messaging as well as pieces of personal expression.
I have experience teaching in elementary, middle, and high school classrooms, and I look forward to helping students grow in their understanding and love of English Language Arts.
