I have been passionate about helping students since I was in high school where I started a math tutoring program that is still active today. I have a love for math, but also reading and writing are near to my heart. I went to UNC Chapel Hill for a degree in Human Development and Family Studies to help those with special needs. I am currently in an MBA program at Colorado State University which I plan to use in opening my own non-profit. Safe to say, my passion is helping others, and I would love to help YOU and/or your student. I pride myself on a 'I do, we do, you do' teaching method. I will show the student how to do something, we will attempt it together, and then the student will attempt it solo. I am big on incentivizing well and will be happy to give brain breaks as needed.
