Certified Tutor

I am a proud graduate of the University of Virginia with a major in Mathematics. Since graduating, I began working with Teach for America to teach high school math in the Bronx. I am a certified Mathematics teacher with extensive knowledge in content and pedagogy. My time in the classroom as well as tutoring students 1:1 after school has allowed me to share my love and passion for math. While I am capable of tutoring a variety of subjects, I am strongest to Math (all levels), Physics, and ACT tutoring (perfect score on Math sections). I am in a believer in making learning fun and tangible for all students. I hope to work with you soon to strengthen your STEM or Test taking skills.
