I have been in the teaching profession for 22 years in the elementary school setting. During those years, I taught the following grade levels: Kindergarten, 3rd grade, 4th grade and 5th grade. I had the honor to work with students before and after school in the district tutoring program.

I graduated from Saint Augustine College in Raleigh, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. I continued my education at Phoenix University where I received my Masters of Arts in Education Curriculum and Instruction.
