Certified Tutor

I am a dedicated and friendly educator, with a Bachelors in Journalism and Masters in Education. I have more than 15 years in education with a focus in math, from a tutor to a teacher to a teacher specialist. While I am generalist certified to tutor all subjects, I am very passionate about math especially, middle school math. I also love journalism and entrepreneurship. I am experienced in standardized testing prep, testing strategies, student engagement, and project-based learning. I look forward to creating successful scholars and making them love math. I believe, "That the best teachers teach from the heart, not from a book.!"
