I have been teaching adults for the last 10 years in real estate related topics. All for the purpose of attaining a Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's license. I am expert in license law and the Code of Ethics. I own 2 real estate businesses. I am a member of various Real Estate Boards that adjudicate ethics violations and arbitration matters like procuring cause. I also work with attorneys as an expert witness in the real estate field.

For 28 years, I was in Senior Management for multi-million dollar companies (after graduating with a BS in Business Administration). My business proclivities are varied and include Marketing, Business Writing, Presentations, Management and Public Speaking.

My teaching style is interactive. I don't lecture the student, we discuss together. I encourage questions and personal experiences. Almost every situation is reinforced by a real story from my personal experience. I have acronyms and tools that are very useful in remembering a lot of data needed for their test.

I also make myself available through text and email for follow up questions and/or explanations that may come up while while studying.
