Certified Tutor

I am currently a high school and high school math teacher. I teach Algebra 1, Geometry, and Pre-Algebra. I have over 20 years of teaching experience in 3 different states and 7 different school districts. I enjoy teaching all of these subject areas, especially Algebra 1 and Geometry. I have several years of experience in math tutoring, both in person and online. I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree, and went on to earn a Master of Science degree from the University of Kansas in the area Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on math education. I value education and know that with my experience I can continue to help students grow in their math understanding and achieve high levels of success in math. When I am not teaching or tutoring, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and coaching volleyball and softball.
