I am an attorney in Washington, D.C., who serves as a judicial law clerk for the presiding judge of the criminal division at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Prior to clerking, I worked as an associate at a reputable law firm where my practice focused on white collar defense, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. During law school, I completed internships at U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia's Homicide Section and the Office of International Affairs. Additionally, I worked as a teaching assistant in criminal law, criminal procedure, and advanced criminal procedure courses. Lastly, I gained practical experience by completing over 650 hours of pro bono legal services in his law school's criminal defense and community development clinics. In undergrad, I majored in political science with a minor in psychology.
I am excited about the opportunity to assist students in understanding both fundamental and complex legal concepts that play a major role in our day-to-day lives.
