My passion is math! I strive to empower students to become exceptional problem solvers and to increase self confidence in their own inherent math abilities.

I am married to a wonderful African American man and I have three beautiful bi-racial daughters, along with one fantastic grandson and another grandson expected late September 2022.

I've taught for 21 years as an adjunct math instructor at several regional community colleges within the beautiful Puget Sound region in Washington. Prior to that, I taught at both the middle school and high school level for several years in my early practice as a teacher.
