I graduated from the University of Alabama where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Information Sciences. I studied Creative Media and Art with a focus on film/tv production and art direction. I graduated high school with my International Baccalaureate diploma in which I studied IB French and Film. I have experience teaching and working with other students of all age groups. Through that experience I have learned how to adapt to different personalities and cultural differences in order to effectively communicate with students. I have worked with children and adults both nationally and internationally primarily as an English tutor. I am equipped to tutor a range of subjects such as English, Test Prep, Creative Writing, Film, and Art. My passion is for all things which fall under the broad subject of film production. I am confident in my abilities to connect with students and offer my guidance in a way that fits with each individual student's learning style. I am very flexible and receptive to feedback and concerns from both students and parents. Outside of my work life I enjoy traveling, reading, and creating art.

Along with my passion for teaching and guiding students in their academic journeys, I have a deep love for films/filmmaking and art. My studies have allowed me to delve deep into these subjects and discover personal interests such as production design, casting/ location scouting, scriptwriting, and even ceramics. I am a traveler at heart and love documenting the places I discover and people that I meet along the way. I look forward to not only connecting with other students and passing along my knowledge but also learning from them as well.
