My collegiate and work experiences have allowed me many opportunities to work with other students to create and support our own creative platform. Through networking with mentors and advisors I have been able to direct, produce, and edit my own visual and audio works digitally. I've had several articles and radio pieces published in the university's newspaper. These experiences have assisted me in honing my communication and leadership skills. My greatest joy, however, has been mentoring peers and fellow student-athletes along my journey. Education has allowed me to give back by teaching others what I've learned.

Hobbies

My interests are in the fields of Education and Radio (or Broadcast Journalism). I've hosted multiple radio shows on my university's platform, which included guests such as local community leaders, record label producers, and government officials to name a few. Topics included social justice, community and national news, mental health, as well as sports and business. I hope to find further opportunities as an educator working with children Grades 1-12. In particular I enjoy the subjects of Creative writing, reading comprehension, and STEM (in particular Algebra, Calculus, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry).
