I am a certified K-8 teacher with a BS in Psychology from the University of Utah, bringing over 4 years of experience as a certified ELA teacher and an additional 2 years as a Paraprofessional. My passion for Literature, ELA, Science, and History drives my commitment to creating engaging, student-centered learning experiences tailored to individual needs. I believe that fostering a joyful learning environment and setting high expectations cultivates a love for learning, essential for student success. My dedication to supporting students is evident in my work with 2nd graders, where I helped significantly improve their reading scores. Outside the classroom, I enjoy healthy baking, reading, puzzles, exercising, biking, and spending quality time with my dog and two cats.
