My name is Wayne Sellers. I was born and raised in New Jersey, and I have been a real estate professional for over 26 years. I graduated from North Carolina A&T State University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1985.

After graduation, I held various positions of increasing responsibility in real estate and pharmaceutical finance with companies such as Citibank and Johnson & Johnson. I ventured in selling real estate in 1996 as a part-time agent to help fund family vacations and Christmas gifts for my two adorable children.
Eventually the business grew, and I decided to leave Corporate America and take the dive into real estate full-time. I eventually earned my Broker's License and opened my own real estate office and enjoyed my years as a small business brokerage.

Currently I'm affiliated with Keller Williams Realty. In addition to helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, I have hosted numerous homebuying seminars educating the public on the homebuying process and the numerous programs that are available to assist with closing costs and down payments. I'm also a New Jersey licensed real estate instructor where I teach the principles of real estate to people who want to be licensed real estate agents. Upon successfully completing my class, students qualify to take the state exam in order to obtain their real estate license and begin helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

My extensive knowledge and experience in real estate qualifies me to help you understand the principles of real estate so that you too, can pass the exam and start a career in real estate.
