I am completing my undergraduate student teaching internship at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I am Majoring in Elementary Education and Minoring in Leadership Studies. I have privately tutored math and reading through the University's Ed Lab, taught and tutored math and ELA in small and whole groups of elementary students, and led groups of children in educational activities. I am passionate about engaging in read-aloud and math sessions based on individual interests and skill sets. I believe education is an invaluable opportunity to challenge skills and knowledge. It is vital to instill a life-learner curiosity in students from youth.
