Dr. Kerrie is a well-known professional educator, writer, and English teacher. He has over 20 years of classroom teaching, leadership training, rsum preparation, and job interview coaching experience. Along the way, he earned his Doctorate in Higher Educational Leadership, a Master's Degree in Teaching & Learning with Classroom Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Management. In addition, Dr. Kerrie has published peer-reviewed articles, such as The Barriers to Education Attainment; Why Should Hiring Managers Buy Your Product; Why Do Some Job Candidates Get Hired and Others Don't; God is Ordering Your Steps, and Tough Times Don't Last Forever, But Tough People Do. Dr. Kerrie conducts career training workshops to assist job candidates in preparing for their interviews and he offers key techniques on how to use the resume as a negotiation tool to get a higher salary and receive more job offers. Of the many accomplishments, Dr. Kerrie prides himself on "two principles": First: Changing the mindset of men and women. Second: creating a paradigm shift, in the perception of people's minds, so they can remove some of the negative barriers that are impeding them from reaching their full potential.
