Certified Tutor
I am a graduate of West Liberty State College. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a Middle School Science Certification. I have tutored students in first through sixth grade in various subjects. I privately tutored first grade students in reading for two years before teaching eighth and sixth grade science for ten years. I then moved and taught middle school science and a fifth grade class until moving again. I now live in Virginia and in the last year earned my Virginia Master Naturalists Certification and volunteer with many community partners. I am on a Board for Ronald McDonald House and Salem Giving Garden in which I assist in steering various events in the community. I am an outdoor person and enjoy many outdoor activities.
