I am a dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate teacher. I love teaching and I truly enjoy being part of the process of someone's learning. I have twenty three years of experience working in different educational settings and in diverse roles and capacities. I received my Bachelor of Philosophy and Education from Universidade Estadual do Ceara (Brazil) and my Master in Education with focus on Moderate Disabilities 5th-12th from American International College. In Brazil, I taught Philosophy to high schoolers and English as a Foreign Language to children and adults. In the U.S., I have experience working as a Special Education teacher providing services to students in inclusion settings, pull-out classes, and bilingual programs.
