I am a proud graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana. I received my Bachelors of Science in Biology as well as minors in Chemistry and Spanish. In my time at my Xavier, I was given the opportunity to tutoring beginning in sophomore year. This is where my love of teaching began. I have always been a passionate, involved student, and teaching allows me to share that fire with my students!
My personal teaching philosophy is to treat all students with respect and empathy, and to cater to every individual's needs. I think with enough time and energy poured into any student, even the most "challenging" of concepts can be understood. It is my mission to bring out the best in each of my students.

In my spare time, I love to play the piano and ukulele, sing, dance, and read! I find the most joy when I am able to exercise my creativity. Whether this is writing, painting or free-styling on my instruments, you will most likely find me in my creative zone.
