Certified Tutor

I am a current student at the University of Virginia, and I am so excited to tutor for Varsity Tutors! I want to help students of all grade levels and backgrounds excel in each aspect of their academic endeavors. My goal is to build strong relationships with my students while also teaching them the necessary skills to succeed in school, both academically and personally. I have had significant experience (over 3 years) with tutoring various different subjects. I tutor all elementary and middle school subjects as well as a few high school subjects such as Algebra I and Geometry. My teaching style is reflective of the student's most effective learning styles and thus, I am to gear my tutoring sessions specifically based on how my student learns best. I am immensely passionate about making a significant difference in the lives of each student that I work with. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking new foods, working out, and taking long walks!
