Hi. I'd love to help you prepare for Washington state real estate licensing. I've been a licensed real estate broker since 2011, a licensed managing broker since 2017, and most recently received my certification to be a real estate instructor. I practice residential real estate in the Puget Sound region and have helped many buyers and sellers successfully navigate the purchase and sale process. In my past life I was a social worker and non-profit manager, so I also understand the emotional aspects of buying and selling and have extensive experience in marketing as well.
