Certified Tutor

I am a Hunter College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and a long time lover of the written word. I worked as a tutor in the New York City public school system with a wonderful group of students ranging in age from eight to thirteen. Our work together focused on writing, reading comprehension, fluency and phonics. I also have experience as a preschool teacher where early literacy was an important focus. I care very much for my students and hope to instill in them the same level of interest in reading and writing that I have.
