I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in mathematics at Smith College and, from here, hope to one day be an educator as I am very passionate about helping others succeed. There is nothing more invigorating to me than helping someone see things more clearly and be relieved of their academic stress; I get a rush every single time I manage to help a student. I have been tutoring since high school and have most of my experience with math, but have also helped with English and French. My most recent job was at a summer camp, so even outside of my tutoring I have lots of experience working with kids in and out of the classroom.

I am a poet, so I can usually be find typing away on my computer and playing around with different rhyme schemes. I am also a very active person; I run, bike, and weight train. The rest of my time I can be found singing to myself as I've always felt very connected to music and do musical theater at my college.
