Hello All!

I am currently a 4x certified Salesforce administrator working on an Agile team at IBM. My primary responsibilities include leading refreshes, providing platform support, and onboarding products to the platform - so data mapping and change management. I currently work on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud.
