Certified Tutor

I attended Michigan State University where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Education. I have taught for 5 1/2 years and have tutored for students for a reading clinic through Vanderbilt University.
I enjoy teaching all subjects and have taught from second through seventh grade. I enjoy math the most because there are so many ways to get to answer!
I like to make learning fun and enjoyable so the content is more enjoyable to learn and is more likely to be retained.
Outside of teaching and tutoring I enjoy hiking, traveling, and swimming! I also like to spend time with my family and friends.
