Back when I was a high school freshman in central Georgia, I started learning German as a foreign language. After studying abroad in Oldenburg and an internship in Frankfurt, I got my Bachelor's in German Studies in 2015 at the University of Georgia. Two years later, I finished my Master's in German Literature at UGA as well. I have since taught German to students from ages 10-80. I love working with German students because learning German was such a fun and meaningful experience for me!

My teaching style is very student-centered. In each session, I try to create as many opportunities as possible for the student to voice their ideas and practice using the German language. My mission is to help students at all levels use German to communicate in meaningful ways.
