My tutoring adventure began when I became involved in the AVID program in Plano, TX tutoring middle and high school in a variety of subjects. In 2010, I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor's degree in history.

During my time in school, I became obsessed with history and began consuming as many classes as I could on the subject. This led to my choice of degrees which helped lead me into a passion I long forgot but fell back in love with after graduating.

For 15 years, I worked in conceptual art and character design then noticed a change in myself. It didn't quite satisfy me anymore so I on the spur of the moment, I moved onto writing. My first published story won an award on the site it was featured on.

This discovery began my love of writing and eventually became the basis of a successful business when I published my first title, Blessing of Luna.

As a business woman, I now own and operate two businesses catered to the indie author industry. FyreSyde Publishing helped me grow to become an editor and a full time freelance ghost writer.

I hope to instill these values into the students whom I have the privilege to work with.

When I'm not at work hard for others, I'm enjoying some time gardening, baking, reading, blogging, coaching social media and marketing techniques and of course some quiet time.

I remember what it was like to struggle in school which is why I want to feel human to the students I proudly work with.
