I am committed to creating a nurturing and collaborative environment where students can develop a deeper understanding of Physics concepts, enhance their critical thinking skills while cultivating effective study habits and life long learners. With an impressive 32 year career in the classroom, I have taught Conceptual Physics, Honors Physics, IB Physics, AP Physics 1, College Physics and the Canadian curriculum. In addition to a degree in Physics and Computer Science, I hold a current teaching certificate, gifted certification and AP Physics certification. My enthusiasm for teaching is evident in my dynamic and adaptable approach, fueled by a passion for balancing qualitative reasoning (conceptual) with quantitative reasoning (numerical). I take pride in my flexibility and proficiency employing a wide array of learning strategies to ensure each student's unique needs are met!
