I am a college graduate from the University of Arizona where I received my Masters in Cellular and Molecular Medicine as well as my Bachelors in Biochemistry and Molecular & Cellular Biology. After completing my Masters, I decided to start my doctoral program in Clinical translational sciences but during my education I had done a wide range of tutoring in the field sciences but also in the field of mathematics. I am also a Big Brother which allowed me to work with children and provide guidance of all attention spans. Working with students with a wide age range and with a variety of learning styles helped me appreciate the different methodologies of learning and teaching the materials. Teaching styles vary when going over algebra and basic calculus to organic chemistry to human anatomy, but my tutoring style begins by talking to the student to understand the personality of the student. By talking, this helps both myself and the student see how they will learn the material. In my spare time, I enjoy reading to gain a better scope of life and information, strength training, home automation, running, movies and sports ranging from ice hockey to football.
