Certified Tutor

An active educator since 2015 primarily as a tutor. I worked in private and charter schools prior to the Fall of 2019 where I decided to focus on tutoring students in core subjects such as Math, Reading/ELA, test taking strategies and study skills.

I have two years of experience tutoring/teaching students in Pre-K through 5th grade in all core subjects. Additionally, I enjoy working with students with learning differences and students who think outside the box.

In 2013, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In addition, I've co-lead summer intensives for college students and students in K-12th grade.

My tutoring pedagogy is facilitating student-led learning and empowering students to own their potential for growth and successful outcomes. I believe in the fundamental right for all children to receive a well-rounded education in efforts to contribute to their community and the greater society.
