Certified Tutor

My educational background is a Masters in Public Health from Florida International University and a Ph.D. in Psychology - Health Education and Behavioral Psychology from Northcentral University. I maintain several professional certifications in allied health areas. I have been in higher education for over 16 years and I have been tutoring almost as long. I tutor a variety of subjects including Anatomy & Physiology, Dosage Calculations, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacology, Medical Terminology, Psychology, Nursing, Microsoft Office, and more. I love tutoring such a variety of subjects and enjoy working with students in each of these areas. My tutoring style is very collaborative - I want to work with the student to build on the foundation that is already there. I easily adapt my tutoring style to the needs of each student. In my free time, I love to travel, cook, and volunteer.
