Certified Tutor

I have a Masters degree in Biology from Western Governors University. I have been a teacher for 13 years and have taught different science classes for grades 7th - 12th. Currently, I teach 7th and 8th grade science and dual credit biology. I believe in education but I believe we all learn differently and I try to employ all kinds of teaching strategies within my classroom and will employ the same strategies in tutoring.

Aside from teaching, I coach baseball and give lessons to younger players with the mindset to help and aid them in reaching their potential as a player. I use this same mentality in my teaching within the classroom.

My hobbies include reading, playing the guitar, watching sports and movies, woodworking, and cooking.
