Certified Tutor

In my experience as a tutor, it is my job to show students that they have all the capabilities to overcome the challenges that they face. I simply provide the tools that they can use to accomplish their goals. This can be done by showing someone how to outline for an essay, or by explaining the material in a different light. I do my best to get a feel for who the student is and what they feel they need to work on to make our sessions more rewarding.

I studied and tutored at LSU. I graduated with a B.A. in History and a Minor in Political Science. Because of my academic background and interests, I have a great deal of experience and confidence in dealing with history, essay prep, and other Liberal Arts like English. I worked as a tutor for student athletes at LSU, so I have experience in working with teenagers and young adults.

Outside of tutoring, I love sports (watching and playing), reading, video games, and writing.
