Hello, I'm Karissa!

I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, and a Teacher Certification in Early Childhood-6th Grade English as a Second Language (ESL) Generalist.

I am currently applying to a few graduate schools for the fall 2019 semester to become an Occupational Therapist. My goal is to work as an OT in the pediatric field.

My experiences working with children include several years of babysitting, student teaching 2nd and 3rd graders, teaching 1st graders, and tutoring 1st-5th graders.

I have been a tutor with another company since October 2017, and I love helping my students improve and achieve their academic goals!
