Hello , I am Chereeta Wilson, M.Ed and as an expert teacher I have taken on the roles as a Master Educator, Reading Specialist, Literacy Coach, Dyslexia Specialist, Curriculum Instructional Specialist, and Mentor teacher.
In my years in the education field, my resources and innovations may have changed but my teaching philosophy remains the same and yields me great success. I believe that all teaching must be data driven in order to create unique individual learning plans for each student. Students must not only be aware of their learning plan but set their own academic goals based on collected data and revisit their goals to celebrate their success and revise as needed. I believe that my implementation of instruction is key to students understanding.
As an educator, I firmly believe in implementing the best practices based on research. I believe that learning is interactive, innovative, and data-driven. My motto is for all students to academically grow, achieve, and excel in and out of the classroom.
