I have years of experience working in the building industry, as well as teaching at developmental ages. I know what it takes to get the job done. I will work with you to define the program and create the algorithms for optimization, building lesson plans around your goals and current level. I have a basic model; determine the current level of comprehension and ability, learn what the students interests and passions are, share stories and experiences detailing why a subject is relevant, relate that subject to the students interests, and then make incremental steps using the subject matter to solve a real problem with reward for task completion. I believe in setting achievable goals and being persistent. Teaching is an activity I really enjoy doing and care about. I am also an independent artist, writer, and sports enthusiast. Go Sox!
