My goal is to help students go beyond the text in front of you in order to help you make better choices and decisions in the future.

Born and raised in Dallas, TX I attended Greenhill School in Addison, TX and completed my undergraduate degree in Pennsylvania, at Franklin and Marshall College.

I have been an English teacher for the past 12 years in Dallas ISD, Mesquite ISD, and currently at McKinney Boyd in McKinney ISD. In that time I have taught each high school English course, including AP Language and Composition and Pre AP English.
I am also a native Spanish speaker and love helping others become more confident in their language ability.

When I am not working I love spending time with my wife and two daughters, working outdoors, playing PS4, and reading.

My goal at the end of the day is to make you a better student, and grow your appreciation for the topic I am helping you with.
