Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of North Carolina State University. I received my Master of Arts in teaching with a focus on special education. Since graduation, I have taught students with severe disabilities, students with mild disabilities and students with Autism. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about reading and math. In my experience, I have worked with a wide range of disabilities and I enjoy helping students achieve their goals. I believe that education is the stepping stone to all parts of life and that failing is a way of learning. In my spare time, I enjoy reading almost any genre, spending time outdoors, and crafting.
