Certified Tutor
I am currently attending the Georgia Institute of Technology pursuing my bachelors of science in economics. Previously, I had attended Georgia State University, pursuing the same type of degree and working as a supplemental instructor in the philosophy department. My eventual goal is to research political behavior and communication in graduate school. I am most passionate about working within social sciences, such as economics and political science. Also, I enjoy tutoring mathematics and history through a high school level. My teaching philosophy is to adjust individually to the needs of my students. Some students are better with visual aids, while some work better with raw data. My job is to help them process information and commit it to memory, and the best way to do that, in my experience, is to tailor the wants and needs of the students. My interests outside of academics include baseball, football, soccer, and reading.
