I am graduate from The University of Texas at Austin. I received my Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies with a focus in culture, media and the arts. After obtaining my TEFL Certification, I lived abroad in Europe for two years where I taught English as a second language, both in public schools and to private students. A Liberal Arts student at heart, I am most passionate about tutoring English, Literature, Writing and History. I have had positive experiences tutoring with Varsity Tutors, primarily helping students prepare for Standardized Tests. Education is extremely important to me and has allowed me to experience everything I have thus far. I believe that all students should receive the appropriate assistance in order to help them succeed and bring this to my tutoring style.

I enjoy finding new trails to go running and walking my dog. Reading, writing, running and yoga help me to stay centered and on track. I consider myself an avid music lover and love going to concerts and checking out live music.
