I am currently a Junior at Duke University double majoring in Biomedical and Electrical and Computer Engineering. I have a variety of private tutoring experience ranging from young children to peers. I extensively tutor in high school subjects with a focus on standardized test preparation (SAT, ACT, AP), and am always excited to explore new subjects and areas. Particularly I enjoy tutoring in math as that was my favorite subject in high school. My philosophy is that each individual learner is different. From learning styles, to interests and motivation techniques, no student is ever quite like another, so why should they be taught as such?
Outside the classroom I enjoy spending time outdoors. Hiking, climbing, swimming and playing sports are a few of my favorite activities. I always look forward to developing new relationships with students and would be excited to work with you.
