I grew up helping peers and family with subjects they seem to struggle in. I was always an independent learner but relaying what I learned and applying it has been a fairly easy job for me and would like to pass it on to others.
Typically I relate the subject back to the individual to bring an enlightening and fun element to learning. I see that people tend to learn more efficiently and seem to handle and enjoy learning the subject they once faced with difficulty. I believe that tough situations can always be tackled with an optimistic view and a couple jokes to ease the tension and get on track for success.
