I am a sixth grade middle school science teacher. I'm entering my fourth year. I attained a teaching certification which allows me to teach Science, Math, English Language Arts, and Social Studies (grades 4-8).
I attended Southern University and Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. I obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Spanish . I have experience both teaching and tutoring Spanish 1 and 2 at a Community College.
My favorite subject to tutor is Spanish. I love to conquer the challenges that learning another language presents, and I find it very rewarding. I also like tutoring English, especially grammar and sentence structure. I am also proficient in the subjects of Social Studies and History.
My style of tutoring consists of meeting the students where they are and working together towards proficiency in the subject. I also have an array of useful educational materials to facilitate the learning process.
