Thirty-five years ago, I came to the United States not knowing the English language. Thanks to my elementary teachers, I was able to learn it in 3 years. I decided to put in all the effort.
I have found it very helpful to know a second language. Learning to speak English has opened many opportunities for me.

I believe that it can open many doors for you, too. Nowadays, employers value an individual who knows more than one language.

For whatever reason, if you would like to improve or want to explore more of the Spanish language, you have come to the right place. I will help you in whatever areas you need help with. People who decide to learn another language increase the opportunity to travel, do business with other countries in the target language, and communicate and interact with people of that particular culture.

I graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a minor in Latin American & Latino Studies. While I attended MSU, I belonged to The Spanish Honor Society where I served the campus community with a variety of programs. I was the treasurer and vice president of the honor society. One of my tasks was to offer tutoring to any student who needed extra help in any Spanish class. I felt very happy to know that I made a difference in other students' academic life. I had a student who I helped from an F to a B. I also participated in career fairs, brought guest speakers, and much more.
