Hello, my name is Sara and I'm happy to have the opportunity to meet you and look forward to helping you succeed in your studies!

I have been an elementary school teacher for 7 years. I've spent a little over a year of that time in a traditional school setting while the remaining time I've taught virtually! During my time as on online teacher, I've taught grades K-4 and all subject areas. I've had the pleasure of teaching math only for the past two and a half years of my career, an opportunity that has allowed me to really grow as a mathematician myself!
As for my tutoring experience, I just this year have begun tutoring a student, specifically in mathematics, and have really enjoyed our time together!

I hold a Masters of Science in Elementary Education as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN.
