Hi! My name is Sydney and I am a sophomore at Illinois Tech in Chicago. A year ago I graduated from Ballard High School in Seattle. In High school I participated in FIRST Robotics and discovered a passion for things that move, prompting me to major in mechanical engineering. I have always enjoyed math. In high school I enjoyed my algebra and AP calculus courses. In college I have taken many courses that use applied math, including finance and physics.

I have experience tutoring kids at many different levels. For 5 years I worked with students 1st grade through 4th grade Hebrew reading and writing. I have also volunteered in a AP Calculus AB classrooms helping students understand the coursework.

I love working with students and I think that every student can excel in math with the right help.
