Certified Tutor

Hi! My name is Daniella. I am an Elementary Education teacher with a Special Education certification. I teach 3rd grade in Delaware at a Title 1 charter school. For the summer I am home on Long Island. I love to teach reading, writing, social studies, math and science at the Elementary level. I am currently applying to a Masters program to become a Reading specialist. I have tutored for many years leading up to my teaching certification and still tutor today. I have tutoring/teaching experience with kids from Kindergarten-4th grade. I love bringing my classroom materials (manipulatives, sorting cards, flashcards, whiteboards, workbooks, and more!) to my tutoring sessions. I also am a certified Kid Yoga teacher through the Kidding Around Yoga program and like to incorporate some stretches/movements during breaks. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
